Registration can only be made online. The closing date for registration is March 2nd, 2021. Debit payment is only possible until February 24th, 2021. After this date, payment can only be made via PayPal.
You will be sent a confirmation of your registration per e-mail. Please note that your participation in the congress is not binding until payment has been received by DGAO e.V..
Approx. 3 days prior to the event you will receive your personal login-details to the event platform via email. Passing on these details is not admissable. Contravention will result in billig further entry fees.
The confirmation of participation/certificate will be sent to you by e-mail after the congress.
A cancellation is no longer possible after receipt of the registration confirmation. The registration of a replacement participant is possible against payment of a processing fee until before the start of the event. A separate registration of the replacement participant is required. The processing fee is 45 EUR.
Cancellation of the congress and necessary changes to the programme
The event may be cancelled for good cause, i.e. if the number of participants is too low, if a speaker cancels or falls ill, if the hotel closes or in case of force majeure. In case the number of participants is too low, the cancellation will be made no later than two weeks before the beginning of the event. In all other cases of cancellation for good cause as well as in cases of necessary changes to the programme, in particular a change of speaker, the DGAO will inform the participants as timely as possible. If an event has to be cancelled or postponed due to exceptional circumstances, the DGAO will immediately refund the participation fee paid. Further claims are excluded, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct by the legal representatives, employees or other vicarious agents of the DGAO.
